Rogue Dry Bags

I love these! I want a few more in the 10 L and 20L They are well worth the money and the camo looks good. It's dark and actually matches other woodland camo. This comes in handy if you need to lighten your lode on the trail by stashing some of your nonessential gear. Make sure you blaze a tree or something so you can find it on your way back. It's also good for stashing the kinds of foods that would attract bears. Just take the bag and some 550 cord(no one should be in the outdoors without some 550 cord) walk away from camp and hang it in a tree with the 550 cord. At a place where a bear or cat can't reach it. Another use is to have everything in your pack in a dry bag. So if you where to fall in to a river or something like that you wont have a wet sleeping bag and clothes not to mention any electronic devices you may have on you. The 30L bag should work well with a 40 to 50L backpack. Then use the other bags for smaller items. The 20L should hold a sleeping bag. You may need to buy a few more smaller 5L bag's to be 100% waterproof. But that's just how I do it their are many other uses for these bags. Don't overthink it just buy them:) Their great dry bags in camouflage the coolest color their is..........besides black of course.

I don't know if I would trust this to really waterproof my belongings, but it's a great lightweight stuff sack, that is going to be at least water resistant against heavy rain. I have a couple of these, and this is my favorite one. It's pretty thin, so I worry about durability in the long run, but it's great to divide up the stuff in my ruck sack. Makes it a lot easier to pull out what I need, since it's all packed in categories, and the extra layer of waterproofing is great. Have never had to deal with soaked clothes.

Great bag.

The bag material is good quality and really stops water. However, there is no closure (such as a zipper) at top. You have to fold over the top, and hold it folded over somehow. The photo on the web site isn't helpful, and the instructions that come with the bag aren't helpful. So, this bag is OK as long as you find a way to keep the top flap rolled, otherwise not.

These are good quality dry bags. If done properly you could float them down river and not get anything inside wet.You can also use it to transport water if needed.
