Used it on training and for a half marathon. It is not that bulky, holds Iphone6 and a few gels. I would have preferred having something to divide the pouch into two compartments.

I'm never wearing an armband again!
This thing is terrific. I'm in the midst of marathon training, and wanted to replace my arm band with something more comfortable. This fanny pack sits comfortably on my waist, and easily holds my phone and a few snacks. Everything sits right in my center of gravity and I hardly ever notice it or have to make adjustments, even on my long 16-20 mile weekend runs.

Water Resistant?
The product description stated: The Kona uses a seamless construction of water-resistant materials (double PU-coated Lycra, DWR treatment and a water resistant YKK zipper) to repel rain, sweat and incidental splashes. Keep your phone, ID, currency, bank cards, snacks and other small indispensibles safe, dry and close at hand. But was too small to hold my things. I am going to return it.

This was great.
This was great. Bought it because the flip belt doesn't fit the iPhone 6plus, but this one does. It's large enough without being bulky and has a good clasp. I recommend.
